Reframe instead of Reproduce: In our conditioned thoughts and dominant cultural conversational behavior, our focus is on constantly reproducing the norm and on pressing ourselves and others into boxes, frames and chains in thoughts and conversations.
The ConnectEd creates an awareness that we have the boxes, frames and chains of systems such as patriarchy, neocolonialism, racism, sexism, ableism, lookism, classism and other -isms in our thoughts, feelings, bodies, words and in our actions towards ourselves and other people and reproduce them. The ConnectEd empowers individuals to choose for themselves, what it means to live liberated, vibrant lives and fulfilling relationships.

Hey, I'm Alina Wagner (she/her) founder of The ConnectEd and I accompany people in Coachings worldwide on their journey to their liberated life.
What moves me:
The values of connectedness, freedom and justice move me and I believe that the path to true liberation leads through connectedness beyond bias to ourselves and others.
​
My greatest pain was always the social and global inequality and I thought that change starts on the outside. That's why I specialized in development cooperation and studied political science at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Freie Universität Berlin, an institute that is known, among other things, for training people in socially critical thinking. After a time in Brazil and Argentina, I found out for myself that oppressive systems, such as neocolonialism, are also reproduced in development cooperation.
I had my awakening during a sabbatical reading Eckhart Tolle's book "The Power of Now" in Colombia. It said: "Without a fundamental change in human consciousness, the suffering in the world is a bottomless pit" This sentence moved me deeply and made me realize that change on a collective level begins within us.

I started to wonder how I can contribute to change these oppressive systems on the inside in order to change them on the outside, how I can contribute to the freedom of other people through my own journey of liberation. And I realized that the path to true freedom and justice is through connecting beyond bias to ourselves and others. This is how the mission of my heart came about: to bring connectedness beyond biases into the world.

I began to study different disciplines to embark on my journey to liberation and today I combine collective liberation and justice with the individual liberation within us. Because today it is clear to me that there is no outer change and liberation without inner change and liberation.
​
For your greatest transformation and to make your journey to your liberated life the best, I combine powerful methods for the first time: I am a systemic personal and business coach (Coaching Academy Berlin), diversity and anti-bias trainer (A World of Difference), political scientist (M.A., Otto Suhr Institute, Freie Universität Berlin) and trained in Nonviolent Communication.

With this I accompany people worldwide on their journey to liberation and open a unique, powerful space, in which people meet themselves beyond the boxes, frames and chains of the norm and easily find their own answers, go out and create their own liberated, lively life and fulfilled relationships in harmony with themselves.
